We want billing to be fair and transparent. This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for AI Document Translator.
If you cancel a subscription, you typically retain access until the end of the current billing period. Charges already processed for the current period are generally non-refundable once service has been available, except where required by law or when we determine a refund is appropriate.
Email support@getkit.top with your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Payments may be processed by Paddle. Their checkout terms and tax handling may also apply.
